We are currently seeking a qualified Security Mannagement Specialist to join our team supporting our DoD Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Security Management Specialist is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining physical, personnel, and/or information security policies and procedures.
This role ensures that an organization’s assets—people, facilities, systems, and information—are protected from internal and external threats, in compliance with federal standards, agency directives, or internal security protocols.
Physical Security Ensure physical security standards are maintained for facilities, secure rooms, and restricted areas.
Conduct security inspections and risk assessments of buildings and spaces.
Manage access control systems, badge issuance, and visitor access protocols.
Security Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement agency-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
