This is a remote position with occasional onsite visits required for key personnel to support collaboration, planning, and program delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader , coach, and facilitator to help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality software and achieve business objectives.
Act as a Servant Leader to the Enterprise Reporting agile development teams Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of enterprise reporting products Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing Maintain the Kanban board, sprint backlog, product backlog, burn-down charts Maintain Risks and Dependencies Understand the fundamental concepts of software development to provide direction and support during the project lifecycle Use data and statistical analysis to provide direction and support for project decisions.
