Summary: We’re looking for a Salesforce BA to translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements, user stories, and process designs.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across business and technology to drive delivery in an Agile environment and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops, map current/future state processes, and elicit requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria (INVEST).
Own Salesforce backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint ceremonies alongside the Product Owner.
Produce detailed functional specs, data models, and integration/interface requirements (Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud as applicable).
Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design, including declarative vs.
programmatic tradeoffs.
Define reporting/analytics needs (dashboards, KPIs) and data governance rules (field-level security, sharing).
