Job Description 🔐 Sailpoint Engineer - Remote (EU) B2B( EU) | Pharmaceutical Industry 💊 ALGOTEQUE is looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer for our client in the pharmaceutical sector.

About The Role You'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Sailpoint ISC components while ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems and optimizing identity lifecycle processes in a highly regulated environment.

Your Responsibilities 🛠️ Design, configure and maintain Sailpoint ISC components and workflows ♻️ Optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure timely and compliant access provisioning and deprovisioning 🔗 Integrate SAP systems (GRC, Ariba, etc.) with Sailpoint, including role mapping and access provisioning 🔌 Deploy and configure OOTB connectors and develop custom connectors for non-standard or legacy systems 🤝 Collaborate with IAM architects, application owners and compliance teams to align technical solutions with business needs 🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues effectively Required Experience Profile / Requirements : ✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries ✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint ISC, including connector development and policy management ✅ Strong experience integrating SAP systems with IAM platforms ✅ Proven track record in identity governance and administration Technical Skills 💻 Sailpoint ISC (IdentityNow) 💻 SAP integration (GRC, Ariba) 💻 Connector development (OOTB and custom) 💻 JML lifecycle management 💻 IAM policy management Soft Skills 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 💬 Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration 🏠 Ability to work independently in a remote environment 📋 Detail-oriented with focus on compliance requirements Language Requirements 🌍 English (fluent) Location: 🌐 Fully remote within the European Union What We Offer 🚀 Challenging project in the pharmaceutical sector 🏠 Remote work flexibility 👥 Collaboration with experienced IAM architects and compliance teams 💡 Opportunity to work with cutting-edge identity management technologies Interested? 📩 If you meet the requirements and are looking for your next IAM challenge, please send your CV.
