Agency for International Development (USAID) Position Overview MacMore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide high-impact policy and regulatory support for USAID’s Agency-wide closeout initiative.

This role supports Contracting and Agreement Officers by delivering clear, actionable regulatory guidance to ensure compliant, timely, and audit-ready closeout of contracts, grants, and other assistance mechanisms.

This position requires independent judgment, strong regulatory research skills, and the ability to translate complex policy into practical execution guidance in a fast-paced closeout environment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal acquisition, assistance, and administrative policy.

Provide authoritative regulatory guidance to Contracting Officers, Agreement Officers, and program staff.
