We’re partnering with a global fintech that is a leading CeFi player.

The company is scaling rapidly and now seeks a senior compliance leader to drive its regional regulatory strategy, ensuring growth is anchored in integrity, innovation, and trust.

In this role, you will build and lead a high-impact compliance function, guide licensing across key markets in Europe, and work directly with senior leadership on how emerging regulations shape the business.

Expect broad scope, autonomy, and the chance to modernise frameworks through RegTech, data, and automation.

We are looking for someone with more than 10-12 years of deep European regulatory engagement experience, ideally from digital assets, fintech or payments, who thrives on complexity and can turn regulation into strategy.

Experience applying for and maintaining regulatory licensing across the region is a prerequisite.
