Job Description The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting within Nyla Technology Solutions.
You will focus on proactive candidate discovery and relationship building within the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC), ensuring a robust pipeline of cleared professionals.
This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to creatively source passive candidates and build relationships will be critical to our success.
This position is remote with a heavy amount of travel to DC/N.
VA and MD.
You will report to the Chief Experience Officer.
The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000-$100,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
