About the Role: This position is located in Franklin Park (Chicago), one of the major Ferrero plant acquired in North America with 700+ employees producing iconic products: Butterfinger and Baby Ruth.

The Quality Supervisor is a key functional and management role within the Ferrero Quality Organization, and is in charge of quality and food safety for a full section of the plant producing a line of products.

As a member of the Quality Leadership Team, this position reports directly to the Head of Quality and will manage a team of 3 while being actively involved in cross-functional work with Production, R&D/Technology, Engineering and Maintenance.

The Quality Supervisor supports the implementation of the Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Standards in replacement of previous standards.

This person will make sure that the production unit operates in compliance with quality & food safety standards determined by the Ferrero Quality Department.

You will also be leading root cause analysis related to non-conformances and will be actively involved in the continuous improvement process and implement related actions.
