We’re seeking a highly skilled QA professional who brings a unique blend of deep application expertise, quality assurance leadership, and agile delivery facilitation.

In this role, you’ll provide top-tier support to both internal users and cross-functional teams while driving quality and continuous improvement across multiple mission-critical applications.

Job Summary As a Quality Assurance / Scrum Master / Subject Matter Expert , you will play a central role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous delivery of our software applications.

You will act as the primary liaison for QA, operations, and user support matters, expertly manage testing and release processes, and serve as a trusted adviser on system behavior and quality assurance within an agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test plans for functional validation, regression testing, and release validation.
