Senior Mobile Manual Tester Location: Canada – Remote Experience Required: 8+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Manual Tester to join our remote team in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing across mobile and web applications, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and defect management processes.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can design and execute comprehensive test strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities Test Execution Design, develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements Validate application functionality across mobile and web platforms Defect Management Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution Ensure high-quality releases by validating fixes and conducting re-testing Testing Types Perform various types of testing, including: Functional Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing End-to-End Testing Smoke & Sanity Testing Usability Testing Collaboration Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements Troubleshoot issues and provide detailed feedback Documentation Prepare detailed test reports Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts Document testing outcomes and quality metrics Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in manual software testing Proven experience testing mobile and web applications Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
