Job Title: QA Lead / Test Lead – Manual & Automation Testing Experience Required: 8–10 Years Primary Skills: Selenium, Data Protection with Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning Define QA strategy, test approach, scope, and quality standards for projects/releases Create and oversee test plans, test cases, regression suites, and traceability matrices Identify risks and dependencies; ensure quality gates are met across SDLC Team Leadership & Coordination Lead an onshore QA team and collaborate with offshore QA resources Assign tasks, manage workload, and provide mentorship and technical guidance Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, standups, retrospectives Test Execution & Quality Governance Drive execution of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Manage defect lifecycle, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and closure Perform hands-on testing when required, including API and database validation Ensure compliance with documentation, audit, and regulatory standards Automation & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance automation frameworks and coverage Promote quality engineering best practices, including shift-left testing and CI/CD quality controls Identify gaps in processes and propose improvements for efficiency and quality Required Qualifications 7–10 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role Strong experience in manual testing, test case design, and enterprise QA processes Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, SoapUI) and SQL for backend validation Familiarity with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright Experience with CI/CD practices Proficiency in test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working across onshore-offshore delivery teams
