PRODUCT MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement) Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes Engage with and support users to drive product adoption Skills in data is essential to carry out responsibilities, e.g.

identify hypothesis, devise initiatives to drive product outcomes EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Proven record of driving business outcomes End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas is a plus Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional is a plus Tech Refresh / Pre-Sales experience is required “By proceeding with the job application, you are deemed to have read and acknowledged our Job Applicant Privacy Policy and consented to us using the personal data you shared for the purpose stated in the said policy.”
