Job description: Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technical specialists in developing innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective products.
This role plays a key part in driving product innovation, improving manufacturability, and ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet business and quality objectives.
Reports To: Director, Product Engineering Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of engineers and technical professionals.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage performance, conduct evaluations, and support career development initiatives.
Project & Product Development Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to optimize manufacturability and cost efficiency.
