Overview: Guidepoint is on a mission of making individuals, businesses, and the world smarter through personalized knowledge-sharing solutions.

To support this effort, We‘re looking to bring onboard a senior designer to join our team in Toronto.

Each product designer at Guidepoint works in a pod with a product manager, up to 6 engineers, and a QA.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the full product life cycle, from product discovery and hypothesis validation to design, and measurement of features that are being used by our customers.

They will own and drive exceptional end-to-end user experience, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting the experience vision and designs across key initiatives.

What You’ll Do: Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality digital product experiences.

Participate in discovery to understand user needs, business goals, and constraints, and translate insights into thoughtful solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs through iteration.
