Roblox is looking for a Privacy Operations Lead with deep operational and data privacy subject matter expertise to support and scale the execution of global data privacy request handling.

You will operationalize and improve Roblox’s privacy request workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and readiness to support evolving global requirements.

You will partner closely with the Privacy Operations Manager and cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety, and Customer Support) to develop process documentation, create scalable solutions, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across privacy operations.
