Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for a Regional Privacy and Compliance Manager for Central Europe to join their team on a permanent basis.

The organisation is at an exciting juncture in their growth story and as a result, they are looking for an experienced and highly pragmatic privacy specialist to oversee the rollout and ongoing effectiveness of their privacy and compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate combines strong regulatory expertise with a practical, business-enabling mindset, someone who can safeguard compliance while supporting commercial goals, operational efficiency and marketing innovation.

This role will be a central point of coordination for regional privacy and compliance matters, working closely with business functions such as IT, HR, Marketing and Communications, and collaborating with Group-level Privacy, Compliance and Legal teams.

Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary regional contact for privacy questions and issues, acting as the liaison with internal teams, customers, supervisory authorities and local DPOs.

Provide clear and accurate guidance on national data protection rules and regulatory expectations.

Lead or support Data Privacy Impact Assessments when legally required or operationally beneficial.

Drive the implementation of Group privacy standards, policies, processes and training within the region.
