Description
TechOp Solutions International is actively seeking a Privacy Analyst with expertise in compliance and data protection to support the Department of State's privacy initiatives.
This position is pivotal in ensuring that all Department of State operations comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews, drafting strategic documents, and collaborating with various departments to maintain a strong privacy posture.
Please not this role is for approximately 90 days as a period of performance support the United Stated Department of State.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct privacy risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
Prepare, review, and update privacy documentation, including: Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs / PTAs) System of Records Notices (SORNs) Other privacy and compliance-related reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop privacy training materials and support privacy awareness initiatives.
Support the privacy incident response process, including incident review, investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Monitor and stay current on federal privacy laws, policies, and emerging trends to ensure proactive compliance.
