Role Overview We are looking for outstanding technologists to join our Solution Architect organization to ensure that our product(TiDB) and solution align with the needs of our customers crossing SaaS and other ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) segments.

The PingCAP Solution Architects team is responsible for researching TiDB's most advantageous industries and business scenarios in different global markets, finding the most efficient GTM strategies, and providing these solutions and strategies to business teams in different regions, while guiding our customers and users to craft and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform through professional service.
