This position will support our Performance Marketing team and be responsible for inspiring and motivating new potential Glossier customers to purchase for the first time with the brand to drive sustainable and efficient growth for Glossier globally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an analytical mindset to evaluate our performance, a love of creative problem solving and bias for action.

You will have a strong appreciation for both the art and science of online marketing working closely with our brand and creative teams.
