Genesis10 is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist with our client in their New York, NY location.

This is a 6-month contract position requiring 3 days onsite.

Core technical requirements and responsibilities: Generally, candidates should be comfortable with a high-volume, data-heavy environment ADP Workforce Now: Must have current experience Used from a financial compliance standpoint—every change impacts journal entries, so the audit must be airtight.

Excel Proficiency (Critical): Candidates must be able to perform the following VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables IF / IFERROR / IFNA statements Complex data compares High Volume Accuracy: The team handles 50-500 changes per day.

Reports can exceed 20 pages daily; "quick thinkers" who can spot an error in a sea of data without checking every single individual offer letter manually.

Systems: Experience with PeopleSoft is a major plus to help with our current state, with the expectation of an easy transition into Oracle (the future state).

Oracle experience is not a must have, but nice to have Pay rate range: $50.00 - $55.00 hourly.
