Start Date: Early September Duration: ~12 weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week (flexible start between 8:00–9:30 am) Location: Hybrid, on-site 2 days/week (typically Mondays & Tuesdays) Salary: $32/hour The Choice is partnering with a medical association in Washington DC on a Temporary Payroll Compliance Specialist with ADP payroll experience to support a 12-week payroll tax compliance project.
This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth payroll operations.
You’ll work closely with the payroll team in cleaning, validating, and reconciling payroll data to strengthen compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll administration experience, with hands-on ADP Payroll expertise.
Strong knowledge of state payroll tax regulations and compliance.
Proven ability to audit data, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrections.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
