Our Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist’s provide up to date, evidenced based information and support services to people living with Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, their carers and family within a community setting.

About The Role THRFG Parkinson’s are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team as a Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist, working .6FTE, providing individualised support to people living with Parkinson’s Disease in the community.

Delivering specialist clinical care including case management, advocacy and provision of clinical education within their scope of practice.

The role delivers safe, effective, and person-centred care, underpinned by evidence-based practice and aligned with relevant accreditation standards.

Working with a high level of autonomy, the role contributes to service evaluation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement to ensure excellence in care delivery and compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
