To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our talented Circular Supply Chain Management team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

In this position, you will ensure our asset lifecycle runs with excellence and predictability.

Acting as the operational bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day execution, you will spend ~50% of your time onsite at our 3PL warehouses (e.g., Ingram, UPS) to drive quality and compliance.

🎯 What you will contribute: Onsite Oversight: Conduct regular visits to partner facilities to monitor performance across inbound, grading, repair, and outbound stages.

Operational Excellence: Validate 3PL adherence to SOPs and SLAs, identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks to ensure high-quality execution.
