The selected candidate will support workflow optimization, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and compliance across a dynamic, fast-paced organizational environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to streamline processes, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities The Operations Manager will: Operational Oversight & Efficiency Improvement Oversee daily operations and assess opportunities to optimize performance.

Review existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Support development and implementation of quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to established standards.

Team Support, Training & Performance Feedback Provide operational guidance, training, and constructive performance feedback to promote team effectiveness.

Support a collaborative and engaged workforce aligned with organizational objectives.
