POSITION INFO: Duties: Operational Leadership Provide strategic leadership across all operational departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Develop and implement operational strategies.

Monitor and improve operational performance, processes, and systems.

Department Oversight Oversee Technical Teams to ensure installations, maintenance, and service delivery meet company and client standards.

Manage Customer Service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness.

Supervise Warehouse operations, including stock control, logistics, and asset management.

Oversee Technical Support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
