The Office Administrator will support the daily operations of our office and assist with assigned projects.

This is a full-time, contract-based position based in Washington, DC, paying $31.00-$38.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, procurement support, and vendor communication to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.

Support special projects through coordination, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination, and serve as a point of contact for general office inquiries.

Identify opportunities to improve office processes and workflows and assist with implementing changes.

Ensure office policies and procedures are followed, with support in documentation and updates.
