Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Lower Manhattan.
Pay Rate: $90.00/hr Work Schedule 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) 4 days per week / 32 hours Contract Details Contract assignment through 12/31/2025 (Possible extension) Job Details Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
Maintains medical records Qualifications Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program AANP or NCCPA Certification Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting and occupational health
