This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

We ensure the highest levels of system availability, performance, and security for our federal government customers' critical IT infrastructure.
Our NOC follows ITIL best practices and a rigorous set of standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities The NOC Analyst will be responsible for proactively monitoring customer networks, servers, applications, and other IT components to identify and respond to operational issues.
This hands-on role will triage alerts, diagnose root causes of incidents/outages, and coordinate resolution activities.
