Description
Engineer Skills Required: Telecom - Network Management Job Description: Analyse network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
De-velop and implement RF optimization plans to meet KPIs.
Conduct drive tests and post-process da-ta using tools like TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.
Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot RF-related issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network deployment and upgrades.
Monitor and manage RF interference and spectrum usage.
Provide technical support during network rollout and optimization phases.
