Overview of Role As xNilio’s ML Backend Engineer, you will build the infrastructure and services that map incoming requirements to proven configurations, surface risks, and generate reliable outputs that engineers can trust.

You will design retrieval and reasoning systems over graph-based product data and cost records, and you will ship ML/infra features that shorten the path from opportunity to engineering plan.

You will help set standards for reliability, evaluation, and security as we scale across cloud and hybrid environments.

How we’ll measure impact Extract and normalize requirement signals from CRM and linked systems, then guide downstream configuration and validation.

Build retrieval and inference pipelines and orchestration that preemptively flag gaps, conflicts, and cost risks with actionable recommendations.
