Job Summary Will provide O365 support for a Device Migration from a Hybrid Sync Tenant to a Cloud Tenant location: Reston, Virginia job type: Contract salary: $40 - 44 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates Responsibilities Assist users during the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) process; provide assurance and guidance for any setup failures.

Help users rebuild Single Sign-On (SSO) caches for commonly used company web resources.

Support sign-in and registration for Microsoft Office applications/ SSO Enterprise Webapps.

Direct users to the correct URLs and help re-establish bookmarks/favorites if they were lost.

Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support through ServiceNow.

Ensure users are guided to submit tickets properly when necessary.

Qualifications Clear communicator with strong customer service skills Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting Comfortable guiding users through account sign-in and navigation Available to support users during migration window Certificates (nice To Have - But Not Required) CompTIA A+ Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) Good for understanding the basics of Microsoft cloud services, including Office apps and identity management (like SSO).
