The Merchandise Operations and Production Manager serves as the operational and technical authority for all merchandise receiving, production, and repair functions.

This role oversees the complete handling of watches, fine jewelry, and loose stones, from receiving and inventory management to production, quality control, client repairs, and delivery.

The manager acts as the primary systems expert for internal inventory management within the department, job assembly workflows, and repair tracking.

Key Responsibilities: Merchandise Receiving & Inventory Management: - Oversee all incoming merchandise operations, including watches, fine jewelry, and loose stones, ensuring accuracy and compliance with receiving procedures.

- Serve as the internal systems expert for departmental inventory management platforms, job assembly, workflows, and repair tracking tools.

Train team members and troubleshoot system issues as the go-to point for escalated situations.
