Thanks (thanks.co) is seeking a Media Planner to join our global team and play a key role in optimizing campaign performance across our publisher network.

You'll collaborate closely with our sales, partnerships, and product teams to execute our vision of creating the only ad network where everyone wins.

You'll own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from strategic budget planning through execution to performance optimization and reporting.

As the single point of accountability for campaign performance, you'll ensure advertiser dollars are deployed effectively across Thanks' publisher network while revenue commitments are delivered successfully.

Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on campaign management professional with deep programmatic experience who thrives in fast-moving environments - such as an agency or a startup.

You'll need proven experience managing campaigns across multiple publishers simultaneously, strong analytical skills to optimize performance in real-time, and exceptional communication abilities to work effectively across time zones.

What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design budget allocation strategies across Thanks' publisher network based on performance data and advertiser objectives, working closely with sales teams to forecast delivery and identify optimization opportunities Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up and manage campaigns across Thanks' platform, monitor performance daily, and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure optimal campaign performance across time zones Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to make real-time optimization decisions, reallocate budgets between high-performing placements, and scale successful campaigns while pausing underperformers Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, publisher partners, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery - and provide insights on platform improvements and automation opportunities Requirements What we're looking for 3+ years experience in programmatic advertising, DSP management, or digital campaign management with a proven track record of optimizing campaign performance Proven skills using DSPs and ad server platforms to set up, manage and optimize campaigns Analytical mindset with strong understanding of key performance metrics - CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM Ability to interpret campaign data quickly and make optimization decisions that improve performance Expert campaign management skills, with experience managing campaigns across multiple publishers or platforms simultaneously Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills crucial for working across multiple time zones Startup mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to rapid change, and excited to build processes while working with available tools and resources Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and drives solutions independently Team-first attitude - collaborative, humble, and supportive of others Nice to have SQL or data analysis skills for independent reporting and campaign performance analysis Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for building performance dashboards and budget models Experience with agency trading desks or adtech platforms (Outbrain, Criteo, similar) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Benefits Why Thanks?
