This position is responsible for program management, coordination, and operation of countywide MCH programs.
Key areas include access to prenatal care services, adult and child immunizations, MCH home visiting programs, and the child safety seat distribution program.
Directly supervises MCH service coordination staff, including immunization program staff, maternal child health compliance staff, public health nurse specialist staff, and Inova Cares Clinic liaison staff.
Key Responsibilities: Provides programmatic oversight for MCH services, ensuring compliance with public health standards, county policies, and state regulations.
Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, procedures, and quality standards to guide program delivery.
Oversees budget development, resource allocation, and grants management.
