About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance & Insights to help evolve how we plan, execute, and measure our creator marketing efforts.
This role requires a unique blend of performance marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
While grounded in data, measurement, and analysis, the role also extends into full-funnel campaign planning, media execution, and testing—making it central to how we scale and demonstrate ROI for creator marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes across creator perception, acquisition, and engagement.
- Define campaign objectives, and partner closely with product marketing, external media agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring plans to life.
Measurement & Insights - Analyze creator marketing campaigns to uncover actionable insights and optimize performance across perception, conversion, and incrementally metrics.
