Steampunk is seeking a Manual Test Engineer who will provide testing and QA expertise in mission critical work across our client base.
Responsibilities will include testing and verification of code, reporting and recording defects, coordination with architects, functional analysts, and developers on testing and testing results, documenting test scripts, participating in design reviews, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
This individual will also work in an Agile environment and participate in scrum ceremonies and product planning activities.
Contributions Responsibilities As a Manual Test Engineer , you will work with our growing DevSecOps practice delivering quality assurance services to support application, cloud and data systems development.
Responsibilities include: Experience with various types of testing, including the following: Data validation testing Functional testing Usability testing Accessibility (508) testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop and maintain project testing infrastructure.
Write detailed test scripts, test reports, and analyses for the product.
Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good time management.
