Organizational Structure Reports directly to Ownership Pay Range : $240,000 to $330,000 with bonus plan (commensurate with experience and strength) Position Summary The Managing Director or General Manager is the senior executive leader of the hotel, accountable for strategy in close partnership with Ownership, full P&L performance, operational excellence, culture, and long-term market positioning.
