Job Description Manager (Test Consultant) (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

to design/develop test plans/scenarios & monitor their execution.

Oversee all phases of the testing process (acceptance testing, system & integration testing of system design, and program & module testing) under direction of a Senior Manager.

Oversee efforts of lower-level team members while serving as technical lead and mentor.

Conduct impact and gap analysis and coordinate issue resolution.

Oversee software testing and debugging of existing systems, and the design and development of tools and testing programs to identify issues and create repeatable test automation models.
