Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! The work: Fine-tunes Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts.

Work within DEA to prototype and implement genAI and Agentic solutions using prompting, advanced RAG, and fine tuning techniques.

Will work with the team to identify key client ideas from the ideation session and conduct rapid prototypes where feasible to demonstrate business value.
