Position Overview: The Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing operations and lead a team of inside sales associates to ensure optimal occupancy rates across our multi-family properties.
This role involves strategic oversight of leasing operations, pricing, marketing initiatives, deal flow, and a “can do” attitude necessary to get all leasing deals over the finish line.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, possess an expert-level understanding of all leasing systems/policies/procedures, understand market trends, and show a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, train and develop the inside sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
Create a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork within the leasing department.
