Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
Preferred qualifications: Ph.D.
in Learning Sciences, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or a related field.
Expertise with large-scale survey design, implementation, and advanced statistical analysis, including understanding of how to apply these across the product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, specifically the application of AI to enhance learning design, development, and personalization at scale.
Ability to scope and structure complex research initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams while advocating for research value to stakeholders.
