Requirements The QA Lead will oversee all quality assurance and testing activities for a case management system supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive testing strategy that ensures system quality, regulatory compliance, and high performance across all releases.

The QA Lead serves as the authority on quality, working across business, technical, and data teams to ensure that all system components meet CMS standards and stakeholder expectations.
