As a Lead Developer, you will collaboratively lead, design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor developers while driving platform innovation.

As a lead developer, you will… Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and integrations, including CSM workflows, AI-driven experiences with Now Assist, and custom UI experiences using UIB.

Architect and implement REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
