Description
T-Rex Solutions is seeking a Junior Software Developer in support of our US Census Bureau customer as we begin development on the 2030 Decennial Census.
As a Junior Software Develope, you will take part in developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that support our clients' business objectives.
Working closely with experienced developers, analysts, and delivery leads, you'll gain exposure to a range of digital solutions in an environment that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone with foundational programming knowledge and a drive to build technical expertise in a supportive setting.
Work will be performed on-site at least 2 days per week at the Census Bureau facilities in Suitland, MD with the remainder being remote.
Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software components and applications, using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver reliable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development tasks as part of cross-functional project teams.
