Description
We’re looking for a Junior / Middle System Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the company’s entire internal infrastructure.
Key responsibilities are end-user support, setting up and configuring workplaces, administration of Microsoft 365 services.
We expect that you already have hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, configuration of network equipment.
You are communicative, proactive, and ready to help colleagues solve issues both remotely (via chat, calls, tickets) and in person on site.
Aufgaben Administration and further development of Microsoft cloud environments.
Responsibility for Microsoft Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender) as well as Mobile Device Management Intune and Apple Business Manager.
Management of IT infrastructure: Support and optimization of Windows clients (Windows 11), network devices, printers, mobile phones, etc.
Prompt resolution of emerging issues.
