Description
Role Summary: The Junior Network Engineer position is responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for users and IT business partners, troubleshooting network issues within the corporate environment.
This role involves frontline support for the user community and escalation to higher-level support teams as necessary.
The individual will provide support and expertise on network issues and may interact with senior leadership.
This role requires 5 days on site per week located in Time Square, New York City, or Hingham, Massachusetts.
** Onsite | NYC ** Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot network problems and outages related to end-users and the campus environment.
