We are looking for a (Junior) Legal Counsel – IT & Data Law to strengthen our Legal team in Berlin.

In this role, you will support our transformation into a truly digital logistics company by advising on cutting-edge data, technology, and privacy topics.

What You Will Do … As a (Junior) Legal Counsel – IT & Data Law, you will work closely with IT, Security, Product, Engineering, People, and our external Data Protection Officer.

You will take ownership of legal and regulatory topics in the areas of IT, data protection, and modern data regulation.

In Particular, You Will Draft, review, and negotiate IT-related contracts, including SaaS agreements, cloud and infrastructure contracts, data processing agreements, and vendor terms, in close collaboration with Procurement, IT, and Security.
