Junior Frontend Developer Waybetter Marketing is a marketing agency based in Columbia, Maryland.

We're currently seeking candidates with a few years of postgraduate experience creating highly usable web experiences within commuting distance.

Developing engaging, student-facing webpages with a mobile-first approach Ensuring technical feasibility and practical implementation of UI/UX designs Optimizing webpages for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability Troubleshooting, building, and maintaining highly reusable, modular code libraries to accelerate future projects Conducting thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure accuracy, usability, and visual fidelity across devices and browsers This Role is Right for You if Have: Proven experience as a front-end developer building dynamic, scalable webpages Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS Deep understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, accurate, and reusable code Familiarity with Git version control workflows Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility development principles Why You Want to Work at Waybetter: We are a team of passionate marketers and technologists dedicated to helping colleges and universities increase their student enrollment.
