For more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com About The Team And Business Line We are seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst with a business analysis background and change management knowledge to support organizational transformation initiatives and drive successful change adoption across the organization.
This role requires a combination of change management expertise and business analysis skills to effectively support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption of changes across the enterprise.
Responsibilities Your Role: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops Support the delivery of change management communications Support the design of training programs to support change initiatives Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities Monitor and report on change adoption metrics Support end-user readiness and transition activities Assist with documentation of business requirements and process changes Qualifications About You: 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or business analysis Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) Strong business analysis skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience creating training materials and facilitating sessions Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Change Management certification (PROSCI, CCMP) Experience with project management methodologies Knowledge of process improvement techniques Experience in financial services industry Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence without direct authority Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong documentation and technical writing abilities Data analysis and reporting capabilities Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Agile principles and values Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
