Responsibilities Monitor and respond to incidents and alerts from Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure Sentinel.
Monitoring, updating, patching, troubleshooting, and optimizing laptop and systems.
Maintaining local server room, network and infrastructure consisting of Cisco and Juniper network equipment.
Remote monitoring, troubleshooting, patching/maintenance of offsite datacenter assets using RDP, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, and Azure Portal.
Collaborating with (getting help from or providing help to) subject matter experts on the IT team.
Configuring, maintaining, and updating images to laptops to comply with security standards.
Managing the front line for inbound support requests to receive, triage and facilitate resolution to incidents for internal customers.
Elevates when necessary.
